We now use Quickbooks Payments for processing credit cards. If you wish to pay your deposit by credit card, an invoice can be emailed or payments completed over the phone. Please contact us 613.777.7823 to begin the process.
Email Money Transfer (EMT)
Please send all EMT payments to ‘info@futurevibes.ca‘. We have auto-deposit setup where no password is required. Please indicate your Order/Tracking Number e.g. ‘vw12345678’ in the message section when depositing.

Cancelation Policy
Upon receipt of the deposit, the client has up 90 days prior to the event date within which to cancel the contract. Cancellation within the time period provided must be in writing and forwarded to our offices via email. Upon receipt of said notice any applicable refund will be provided within 14 business days. The refund will be the funds provided as deposit minus any cost incurred by FVE and minus the administration fee. Any cancellation received less than 90 days from the event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit in its entirety and any additional cancellation charges and/or 3rd party costs.
