We now use Quickbooks Payments for processing credit cards. If you wish to pay your deposit by credit card, an invoice can be emailed or payments completed over the phone. Please contact us 613.777.7823 to begin the process.
Email Money Transfer (EMT)
Please send all EMT payments to ‘info@futurevibes.ca‘. We have auto-deposit setup where no password is required. Please indicate your Order/Tracking Number e.g. ‘vw12345678’ in the message section when depositing.

Cancelation Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 180 days before your event date. If you cancel within this window, your deposit will be refunded minus a $250 non‑refundable administration fee and any costs already incurred by FVE.
All cancellations must be sent in writing by email. Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 14 business days.
Cancellations made within 180 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund, and the full deposit will be forfeited. Additional third‑party or cancellation fees may also apply.
